Similar to wine tasting, chocolate tasting provides the opportunity to compare chocolate made with cacao origins and farming practices in different parts of the world. In this session hosted by Sylvia on Gambier Island, you will taste 5-8 single origin chocolates from different regions and learn the secrets of pairing chocolate with wine. Arrangements for timing of session can be made directly with Sylvia.

Value: $120 (Think about this. You will be enjoying chocolate AND wine...both food of the Gods!)

Winning bidder: Paid item can be picked up on Gambier Island at the end of the live auction July 30th or at a later date. The certificate can also be mailed during the first week of August.
